Transition Harbour Spring Barndance
Annie Baxter (possibly related to the chick at right?) organised a Spring Barndance on Saturday, Sept 26 to help raise funds for the Transition Harbour group and bring the community together for an evening of fun and merrymaking.
For the hundred happy dancers who hoofed it up to the stirring strains of Bantam of the Opera it was a truly memorable night. The exhausted dancers enjoyed a well-earned supper break, catered, as always, in impeccable style by Annie, before taking once more to the dance floor where they danced on until midnight.
What a wonderful way to bid winter goodbye and welcome spring!
