Diamond Harbour Insight Meditation


The Diamond Harbour Insight Meditation group sits every Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm at 7a Whero Ave.


We begin with recorded meditation instructions, suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators (chairs are available for those who prefer them).


Insight (Vipassana) meditation is the original form of meditation taught by the Buddha 2500 years ago. It does not involve religious belief and is entirely compatible with all faiths.


Meditation is a way of calming and understanding the mind. It leads to a more relaxed, less stressful way of being, and offers the possibility of living a more peaceful, compassionate, harmonious, happy, and productive life.
